No, you do not need to register but your child(s) needs to be with you when you attend Who Needs A Bike.
How old do you have to be to receive a bike?
From the ages of 4 years old - 13 years old.
Do I have to have the child(s) with me to receive a bike(s)?
Yes, the child(s) has to be present in order to receive a bike(s).
